1. Stress community outreach with each Club initiating a new service project

2. End year with a net membership gain in each Club. Grow membership by building stronger Clubs and raising the Club’s profile in the community by providing good service projects to those in need

3. Charter two new Clubs in September 2011 and March 2012

4. Increase contact with Clubs by Zone Chairs and involve GMT when needed

5. Each Club support at least one vision screening and purchase eyeglasses for those in need.

6. Each Club provide monetary support to the Georgia Lions Lighthouse and The Camp for the Blind

7. Improve attendance at District meetings by changing the meeting format

8. Encourage more exposure and publicity for the Clubs in District

9. Clubs strive to spend 80% of their fundraising dollars on Lions sponsored community service projects

10. 60% of Clubs participate in District Governor contest

11. Provide an active orientation program for new members

12. Raise Diabetes awareness in the District
